Refunds, bans, and how money moves

• Pay first. There is no free opener and no credit wallet.
• Asker pays the sticker price in INR (default ₹99). Platform keeps 20% of that sticker. Advisor sees “You get ₹X” first (₹79 / ₹159 / ₹399 / ₹799).
• Money stays in escrow until the advisor sends a real first reply (≥20 characters, not “ok”).
• No reply in 24 hours → 100% auto-refund to the source. No ticket needed.
• ₹99 (or the sticker you set) buys one session — opener + two follow-ups — not lifetime access. Same share link; the next question is another checkout.
• After a real reply: two follow-ups, 24 hours, then the thread is read-only. Buy another session on the same link to continue.
• The paid session stays in-app. End of session: “Ask another question — ₹99”, not WhatsApp.
• WhatsApp is off by default. After a real first reply, the advisor may opt in to share their number with that student, with a warning that the student can then message for free. Never on the public link or pay screen.
• Allowlist only: exam advisor, career advisor, skill coach. No romance/dating, astrology, doctors, or finance tips.
• 18+ only. Phone OTP is the account. We do not use email as signup.
• Banned: official impersonation, exam leaks, job-fee / loan / crypto-tip pitches, sexual content.
• Report any message. Jitesh at Udgam Labs handles disputes and Razorpay chargebacks for the test: jitesh@udgamlabs.com.
• Platform fee is 20% of the sticker price and includes covering Razorpay + OTP/SMS. GST on that fee is not shown as a second UPI add-on. A CA must confirm ECO/TCS treatment before live rupees.
• Threads are not end-to-end encrypted. We read chats for refunds and abuse.
